Intro to Improv – 9:00am-10:30am
Bob Bedore has been a fixture in Utah Theatre for the past 30 years. He’s acted on almost every stage from Ogden to Provo and plans to continue this for as long as people will let him. He has also been heavily involved in film, TV, and radio throughout the years.

Bob has been very instrumental in the improv movement in Utah when he created Quick Wits back in 1994. Since then he has played almost every weekend with the troupe and teaches classes whenever time permits. He is the author of 101 Improv Games for Kids and Adults, a book that spent many months as the number one improv book on Amazon.com.

Bob has also written over two dozen plays, toured as a stand up comedian, and is currently the President of the West Jordan Theatre Arts Board.

Jenna Kim Jones is a comedian and devoted tweeter with adoring fans all over the internet.

One of Jenna’s twitter followers recently tweeted, “With cartwheels and charisma, this heartbreaker knows how to live; with a Diet Coke in one hand and a microphone in the other.” Jenna just assumes this person is talking about her.

Jenna was born in Seoul, Korea and lived there for approximately 8 years until she moved to Provo, Utah where she quickly learned that everything is better in America.

During the day, Jenna works as the Script P.A. for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Unfortunately, most of her friends from Utah like The Colbert Report better.

Marcus is a one of a kind talent who has quickly become one of the fastest rising young comedians in the business.

His unique and engrossing style captured the attention of millions of Americans when he was featured on the 2008 season of the NBC hit television series, “Last Comic Standing,” where helped him stand out and propelled him all the way to second place!

Since then, he has constantly toured, written and developed into one of the sharpest comic voices around!

Stand Up Comedy How-tos – 3:45pm-5:15pm
In 1991 Keith Stubbs set aside a career working as a stock broker for PaineWebber in New York and Los Angeles to pursue his lifelong dream of being a stand-up comedian and has never looked back. It didn’t take long for Keith to get noticed by talent agents and producers. Less than two years from when he first took the stage, Keith performed twice on A&E’s “An Evening at the Improv” and on Comedy Central.

Keith was selected to perform in the Boston International Comedy Festival, FunnyFest and The Calgary Comedy Festival. In 2002 he was selected as one of only 10 comedians to perform for the Olympic athletes at the 2002 Winter Olympics at the Olympic Village in Salt Lake City, Utah. Now a resident of Ogden, Keith has twice been named “Best Comedian” by The City Weekly and “Funniest Comedian” by The Standard-Examiner newspaper. He was also a semi-finalist in Comedy Central’s Laugh Riots comedy competition.

In 2004 Keith Stubbs’ voice hit the radio airwaves on 101.5 The Eagle in Salt Lake City. He has gained a loyal following of listeners eager to tune in every morning to “The Stubbs Show” for their daily dose of comedy. Keith has not only made his mark with listeners across the Wasatch Front, but has also made quite an impression with the Utah Broadcasters’ Association who have awarded him “Best Radio Personality” for the past SIX years in a row.

Shawn ZumbrunnenShawn Zumbrunnen

Musical Improv – 3:45pm-5:15pm
Shawn Zumbrunnen has been performing improve comedy in salt lake for the last 13 years. The off Broadway has been his home for most of that, but he has been seen with Quick wits, Comedy sports, Joker and Jester, and Hi-jinks as well. As a comedian he has had the opportunity to play for crowds ranging from 10 to 50,000, and he even opened for Demetri Martian once.

As a musician Shawn plays in a local band called Rev Mayhem, he writes the songs, sings lead, and plays guitar. Rev Mayhem plays mostly pre written material but will make up songs on the spot as well. They have played in many locations across the Wasatch front and some of their music can be heard on live and local on X96.
