All submissions must be on standard definition DVD, including case with identifying label that states:
- Name of Film
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone #
- Contact Address
- Contact Email
Films must be received by May 26th to “The Grand Theatre” c/o Kate Rufener 1575 S. State Street Salt Lake City, UT 84115 (Make sure to allow enough time to get them postmarked by Saturday, May 26th)
Submission must include a printed and signed Entry and Release Form and $10 non-refundable entry fee.
